I'm curious about what's up with MicroeyeLens.com. Why does another brand named Voioc pop up when I look for MicroeyeLens.com? Anyone got a clue on where I can track down MicroeyeLens.com?

I really wish I could share a positive review, but that's just not the case. My contacts haven't arrived yet, so I can't comment on them. I'm quite frustrated with the customer support, which is why I'm giving this a single star. It's been 12 days since I placed my order, and I've received zero updates. I even reached out via email twice to get some info, but nobody bothered to respond. That feels really unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who are spending their money. While other reviewers say the contacts are great, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
